How to Sign Up

 

 

• Download and open the TruthTime app

• Tap “Sign Up”

• Enter your email and create a password

• Grant Screen Time permissions (required for app blocking features)

• Choose whether to enable notifications for reminders

• Review and accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

• Add your classes or modules

• Select apps you want to block

• Schedule study sessions and book app access using the calendar
